Overview:
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective Hikvision CCTV camera products. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Accessories
- Software products
- Customized configurations (e.g., special CCTV setups)
- Special orders
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your product directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
Refunds may be partially granted in the following situations:
- Hikvision CCTV cameras, accessories, or other products that have been opened or used.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send an email to notify you that we’ve received your item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — there’s often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for defective and non-defective products. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us via email at info@hikvisioncameradubai.com. You can also send your item to the following address:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns:

OR drop off your product at our office location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
